TERMS OF SERVICE
- Nature of Services OM Worldwide Inc provides structured online behavioral education programs. These programs are educational in nature and are not a clinical treatment platform. Participation does not constitute medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.
Program Fees Fees paid cover digital platform access, instructional materials, participation verification, and administrative reporting services. Fees do not cover clinical treatment, therapy, or guaranteed court acceptance.
- Participant Responsibility Participants are solely responsible for confirming that the program satisfies the specific requirements of their court order, probation agreement, or supervising agency. OM Worldwide does not guarantee acceptance in any jurisdiction.
- Identity & Participation Integrity By enrolling, participants agree to complete all coursework personally. Login activity, session timestamps, IP addresses, video completion, and written reflections are recorded and may be provided to supervising courts or agencies upon request. Fraudulent completion attempts will be reported to supervising authorities.
- Not a Batterer Intervention Program OM Worldwide programs are not state-certified Batterer Intervention Programs (BIP) and are not a substitute for court-mandated 26-week domestic violence programs where specifically required.
- Not Individual Therapy These programs are not a substitute for individual therapy, psychiatric treatment, or clinical behavioral health services.
- Federal Attribution The Anger Management curriculum includes derivative educational material based in part on SAMHSA Publication No. PEP19-02-01-002. OM Worldwide is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or SAMHSA.
- Intellectual Property The OM Worldwide delivery system, monitoring processes, structured reflections, compliance verification processes, and curriculum adaptations are proprietary to OM Worldwide Inc.
- Modifications OM Worldwide reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
