REFUND POLICY
Because our programs are delivered digitally and course access is granted immediately upon enrollment, all sales are final once a participant has accessed the course platform.
Exceptions:
- If a technical error prevented access to the course and the issue cannot be resolved within 5 business days, a full refund will be issued.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@darkcyan-oryx-200416.hostingersite.com within 48 hours of enrollment and before any course content has been accessed.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind after course access has been granted
- Failure to confirm program acceptance with your supervising court or agency prior to enrollment
- Partial completion of the program
- Court or jurisdiction non-acceptance of the program
